Welcome to Pawsitively Purrfect Rescue. We are an all volunteer organization dedicated to helping neglected and abandoned dogs and cats in the Carbon, Schuylkill, Northampton, Lackawanna, Susquehanna, Luzerne, and Philadelphia areas of PA.
It is our mission to rescue and re-home abandoned and neglected dogs and cats. To provide a loving and caring environment while within our care. To provide a positive adoption experience as well as training and educational resources and to encourage responsible ownership.
